How can we help you?
Frequently asked questions
Measure radius
1. extend the straight sides of your surface (black lines) until the lines cross.
Example: Place a sheet of paper under the table and push it to the edge of the table. Now two sides of the sheet should be straight against two sides of the tabletop and you can measure the distance. 2.
Now measure the distance, starting from the point where the curve of your table begins, to the point where the two black lines cross. The measured dimension is the radius.
Important: If the lengths of the two lines are different, please send us both measurements.

High gloss & fine matt table foil
Difference between the high-gloss and the fine matt table foil
High-gloss table foil: The table foil is transparent on the top and bottom (smooth surface).
High-gloss, lacquered and smooth surfaces as well as glass, granite and marble surfaces may be visually impaired by air bubbles between the table foil and the surface. (see example picture below)
Fine matt table foil: The fine matt table foil is matt on both sides.
This table foil can be used on all surfaces; no air bubbles are formed here.

Table foil too long?
Depending on the size, something is added to the length during production to counteract the shrinking process.
So if your protective film is a little too long at the beginning, it will still shrink a little in the early days. This process can take about 1-4 weeks.
Cleaning the table foil
You can clean the table foil with normal household cleaning agents.
Stubborn stains are best removed with a little sunflower oil or acetone-free nail polish remover.
Real wood table
Plastic tables
The table foil must not be placed on plastic tables because parts of the table foil migrate into the table surface due to the plasticiser migration and can no longer be washed off.
Magazines or newspapers
We ask you not to place magazines or newspapers on the table foil for the first few weeks, as these can otherwise stain the table foil and are difficult to remove. As a rule, the stains can be removed with a little butter. After approx. 2-3 weeks, the effect is no longer as bad as it was in the beginning.
Food contact
Our table foil is suitable for contact with food.
Smell
In the first few days, people who are sensitive to odours may notice a PVC smell, but this will dissipate after a few days. To speed up the process, we recommend cleaning the film with vinegar water and placing it in a well-ventilated place.
Outdoor area
Please note that the table foil is not suitable for permanent outdoor use. Moisture between the table foil and the surface as well as direct sunlight +30 °C will shorten the life of the table foil. Although the UV stabilisation counteracts the aging process, it cannot be completely prevented.

Entrance mat
Care instructions
You can wash the entrance mat by hand or in the washing machine using the gentle wash programme.
Washing temperature max. 60°C, but we recommend 30°C.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron or use bleach.
Do not dry clean
Outdoor area
We recommend using the mat indoors. You can also use it outdoors, but please note that the entrance mat needs a little longer to dry out because its underside is closed. The closed underside is particularly important indoors to prevent moisture from being drawn through the mat into your floor.
Lint on the mat
If the entrance mat starts to lint, we recommend washing or vacuuming it twice. After that, lint should only appear sporadically.
Will the entrance mat fit under my door?
The entrance mat builds up slightly (approx. 1 cm). Thanks to the flexible fibres, it still fits under almost any door.
Material
The entrance mat is made of polypropylene (PP) and TPE.
Floor protection mat
Stick on
Before sticking on, we recommend cleaning the floor thoroughly and letting it dry. The floor protection mat is then glued to the clean and dry floor.
When sticking it on, we recommend getting a second person to help. This simplifies the process and ensures a perfect end result.
First align the film on the floor without removing the backing paper. Once the position has been defined, start peeling off the backing paper of the floor protection mat at one corner and stick the mat to the floor. Once the corner is fixed, you can slowly peel the rest of the backing paper off the mat and then spread it on the floor.
Pressure marks and stains
For the perfect result, we recommend that the floor protection mat is only slightly walked on for approx. 3-5 days. If this is not possible, pressure marks will initially appear on the film, but these will disappear after about 1-2 weeks and are therefore no longer visible.
