Zero for customer satisfaction. I ordered a product for which the dimensions were unexpectedly different. Instead of proposing a refund or a reduction on a future purchase, all the dialog was about how Profolio is right on their website rather than worrying about what I actually will be doing with the product. I thought you did recycling ? It’s very disappointing to see such poor customer care.

Ordered a table foil for our glossy table, on recommandation of my mother. Received the order in good time and the foil is perfect, fits our table just right. I don't find the smell as bad as others - it does smell but it is not as bad as the previous foil I ordered from somewhere else.I would order from Profolio again in a heartbeat.

Ordered but it came later than expected due to a delay but once contacting them they made sure I was priority to have it delivered asap. Once received, it came well packaged and had no damage. The product quality was amazing! Loved it and looks so nice (camera quality isn’t picking it up) but I love it. Shame I didn’t find this type before purchasing a high gloss one which left me with bubbles but really happy I found this Matte table foil cover. So smooth and very well cut. Perfect for my dining table and no more bubbles! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a table foil and I am very pleased with it, the product arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The table cover unrolled easily and laid flat straight away. It looks amazing on the table and stays in place well.I would definite recommend these table covers - much safer than glass and cheaper and more durable than perspex.I would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered the transparent table top. the product is nice but the transparent version is not made for glass table. once i contacted the client service, they have reacted quickly and proposed me a decent reimbursement immediately (50 euros vs 60 euros i paid), I appreciate their honesty to assume partial responsibility of the accident. I would order again if i have future need.
